Introduction to Develate Online

Develate Online is a subset of modules of the full Develate System (which includes payroll and financial system amongst others). With this system you can:

Keep a record of all your human resources (staff, board, unpaid volunteers etc), using any data fields you choose to create, and then analyse those fields.
Automatically alert HR staff based on dates in data fields.
Perform 360 degree appraisals (plus optional random appraisers!) and monitor them in waves.
Record timesheets with codes based on your clients or activities.
Store documents your staff need, with alerts when each document is due for review.

- See who has read each document.
